What counts as one “review”?

Each marketing piece you submit — text, image, video, YouTube link, or whitepaper — counts as one review against your monthly quota. Multiple inputs in a single submission (text + image + whitepaper combined) still count as one.

What is “Deep” mode and when should I use it?

Deep mode is a longer, more thorough review — deeper reasoning, sub-findings, span-level citations to specific Articles and Sections, and whitepaper-aware cross-checks. Use it when the asset is high-stakes (token launch, paid campaign, regulator-facing copy). Standard mode is faster and right for everyday social posts and ad iterations.

Pro’s Deep mode shares the 120-review monthly cap with Standard but has its own per-preset 30-review sub-budget, visible on the plan card.

Which jurisdictions does each plan cover?

Free covers Global guidance. Base adds EU/MiCA. Pro lets you pick three extras among UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, USA, Canada, and Australia — the selection locks after your first review on Pro. Enterprise covers any combination plus custom regimes on request.

When does my monthly quota reset?

The first day of each calendar month, UTC — not your subscription anniversary. So if you sign up on the 20th, you get a fresh quota at the start of the next month, not 30 days later. The plan card shows the live counter and the next reset date.

Does a failed review count against my quota?

Yes — any submission that runs through the pipeline counts, including reviews where Atlas couldn’t parse your file (corrupt PDF, unreadable image) or returned an out-of-scope verdict. Atlas already spent the compute on the attempt. We’re working on a partial-refund mechanism for clear parse failures; in the meantime, if you hit one and it feels unfair, write to hello@licentium.io.

If I downgrade or cancel, do I keep my review history?

Yes. Your review history and saved findings stay on your account regardless of plan tier — downgrade to Free and the history is still readable. You lose access to the export and share-link features that were Pro-only, but the data itself isn’t deleted. Account deletion (from /settings) is the only action that removes review history permanently.

Where do I get my invoice with a VAT number?

Stripe automatically emails an invoice after each successful payment. To add or update your billing entity name and VAT number on the invoice, click Manage subscription below, then Update information in the Stripe portal. The next invoice will reflect the change. For a re-issued invoice on a past payment, email hello@licentium.io with the original payment date.
